Learn what happens when your RealEye License expires, how it affects your access to the platform, and steps to renew or upgrade your subscription.
What Happens When My License Expires?
As your License nears expiration, you’ll see a red label in the top-right corner of your account dashboard, and a warning message will appear in your License tab.
Before your license expires, we’ll also send you an email explaining what to expect. Once your license expires:
- You will lose access to the Analytics Dashboard.
- Panelists will no longer be able to participate in your studies.
- You won’t be able to invite new team members.
💡No worries! All your data remain stored and preserved. Expiration does not result in deletion of your data - your projects, recordings, and results will still be there when you reactivate or purchase a new license.
