How to share study results?

With an active License, you have full access to your Analytics Dashboard. You can also share the results with anyone you choose - people with the URL you provide can view the heatmaps with AOI metrics and recordings.

To share your study results:

1. Go to the Heatmaps or Recordings panel and click the Share button in the top-right corner:
   
   
   ⚠️ Important note: Heatmaps and Recordings require separate links. Sharing a Recordings link does not allow access to heatmaps, and vice versa.

2. In the sharing window, you can either:

   • Copy the URL and send it to others.

   • Embed results on your page using the provided code (embedding requires the additionally-paid “iframe” option in your License).

   

Recipients of the "Heatmaps" URL for the selected study can:

• View the heatmap(s) and modify its view using the menu above (learn more here: Heatmap customization)
• Filter participants using the menu on the left
• Switch between stimuli
• See results for the created AOIs
• Create their own AOIs (but they cannot save them)
• Download the heatmap(s) & stimuli
  
  

Recipients of the "Recording" URL for the selected participant can:

• View their recording from the whole study
• Download the recording
  
  

Note: Data charts and quality statistics cannot be shared.

To stop sharing your study results: 

1. Go to the Heatmaps or Recordings panel and click the Share button in the top-right corner:
