RealEye offers three payment plan options, as you can check here: https://www.realeye.io/pricing/.
When you have a subscription, the price is charged monthly (you need to check the auto-renewal option while making the first payment). You can cancel your subscription anytime, but please remember that it means a lack of access to your studies and collected data after 30 days from the last payment. To maintain your data, you are welcome to lower your subscription plan.
You can also save money by buying the annual version of any plan - the equivalent of getting 2 months for free.
Licenses can be customizable, including their period. So if you want to purchase, i.e., a Standard license for three months, please get in touch with us at contact@realeye.io.
USAGE
In every plan, there is a difference in the number of participants available per month (own participants and ones provided by RealEye), but within this limit, you can create as many studies as you want. The unused participants don’t stay for the next license, but you can buy additional participants: $1.2 for every own participant, and you can hire a RealEye participant for $10 each. Additional own participants also don’t stay for the next license - in every new payment period (usually a month, unless you have a custom payment/license), your number of available participants is exactly the same as said in the plan. Unused RealEye participants can be used in the next license as they stay assigned to your account.
Plans also differ in maximum study time - 60 or 600 seconds. This is the maximum time of one study, regardless of the number of items put in the study.
Core features
Every plan in its core features has:
- heatmaps (both fixation and gaze-based),
- AOI’s analyzer (Area Of Interest is an analytical tool to calculate quantitative eye movement measures - draw a boundary around an area of a chosen image and receive desired metrics:
- for gazes - total time spent by viewers at this area, average time spent per view, average first view, gaze counter, viewers counter, and words counter,
- for fixations - fixations counter, average fixation time, the average time to the first fixation, average time spent and ratio),
- recordings (videos showing how participant’s eyes were moving over an item during the test - gaze point).
Plan Standard and PRO also enable multi-language instructions (displaying instructions for participants in languages other than English), external surveys/tools integration (connecting study with external surveys/tools), and export data (download recording, heatmaps, and CVS files).
Moreover, plan PRO provides White-label (RealEye branding is removed from tests), API access, and custom feature requests.
OTHER
Furthermore, in the Basic plan, only 1 person can be registered to access the account, but team collaboration is available in other plans.
In every plan, you can contact RealEye via Email or Chat in order to gain support with your doubts. Plans Standard and Pro also enable study making and study result consultation, 1-hour platform training, and priority support (messages and requests will be marked as a priority).
Training is a one-time training (no matter how many months you purchased the license for) for you/your company. If you need more training hours or there are several teams that require a training session, please get in touch with us, as described here: Additional paid services.
