Learn how RealEye billing works, how to find your invoices, and which payment methods you can use.

How to Upgrade / Buy a New License
To purchase a new license, follow these steps:
- Log in to your RealEye account.
- Go to the Licenses.
- Click Activate New License – you will be redirected to the checkout page.
- Select your preferred plan and click Purchase.
- Enter your payment details, including:
- Full Name
- Email Address (default is the one linked to your RealEye account)
- Company Name
- VAT / Tax ID
- Address
- City
- Postal Code
- Country
You can enable the auto-renewal option when making the initial payment.
Payment methods
You can choose from the following payment options:
- Credit/Debit Card: we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer: if you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact us at contact@realeye.io for details.
Your new plan will take effect immediately, and a new billing period will begin. Important: No refunds apply when changing or canceling plans.
Invoices
You can view and download your invoices anytime. To do that, log in to your RealEye account, navigate to the Billing Area, and you will be redirected to our secure invoice platform.
