How to report an issue (bugs, errors, technical problems)


If you encounter any technical problem or error while using the RealEye tool, please contact us via chat or email (at contact@realeye.io). The more precisely you describe the situation, the faster and better we can find and fix the problem. What details should you provide about your/your participant's issue:

  • hardware setup (PC/Mac, CPU, RAM, GPU, etc.),
  • smartphone/tablet model (for mobile testing),
  • software (system, browser used),
  • the time when the problem occurred (with the timezone),
  • study id or link to the study,
  • id of the examined person (if possible) or his/her study participation link,
  • additional tools used (Zoom, browser plugins, etc.),
  • screenshots of the issue - the best scenario is to provide screenshots from the dev tools (ctrl+shift+i in the Chrome browser), from the console tab.


Of course, you cannot always provide all of the above, but the more we know, the better we can help!
