How to Report an Issue (Bugs, Errors, Technical Problems) in RealEye

Facing technical issues in RealEye? Learn how to report bugs and errors effectively for quicker troubleshooting.



If you experience a bug, error, or technical problem while using RealEye, please contact us via chat or email at contact@realeye.io. To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide as many details as possible, including:

  • Device Details: PC / Mac specs (CPU, RAM, GPU) or smartphone/tablet model (for mobile testing)
  • Software Details: Operating system, browser used
  • Time of Issue: When the problem occurred, including the timezone
  • Study Information: Study ID or study link
  • Participant Details: ID of the examined person (if available) or their participation link
  • Additional Tools: Any external software used (Zoom, browser plugins, etc.)
  • Screenshots & Console Logs: Screenshots of the issue, ideally from the dev tools console (Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + I, then go to the Console tab)

Providing more details allows us to diagnose and fix the problem faster. If you can’t include everything, don’t worry - just share what you can! :-)
