How to cancel subscription
You need an active license not only to create studies and collect results but also to access and analyze your data.
To cancel your subscription, go to settings and choose the “License” option. You’ll see your current plan details. Press the “Cancel License” button, and a warning pop-up will appear.
NOTICE
If you cancel your license:
- You'll lose access to all dashboards
- You will not be able to create new studies
- Participants will not be allowed to participate in studies
To not lose access to all your data you may change your plan to basic instead of canceling it.
