Change e-mail & other personal data

You can easily update your email address and other personal details associated with your RealEye account. Follow the steps below to manage your personal information securely.

To manage your Account details, log in to your RealEye account, click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner and go to Account settings.

Profile Info

In the Profile Info  tab, you can update the following information:

  • Email
  • Name
  • Company / University Name


To update any of it, find the proper field, enter new information and click Update. 

You will be asked to verify the new email address. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for a confirmation link.
