Additional paid services

Most of our customers' needs are met by the services included in our Standard license. However, there are some circumstances when additional assistance is required on our end. In such cases, please get in touch with us at contact@realeye.io and describe the matter - we will reply with how we can help and how long it would take. The hour of our extra work costs $ 100 (paid via a custom payment link).

Examples of additional services:

• an extra hour of training/platform assistance,
• transferring participant data from one study to another,
• additional custom feature requests,
• custom data exports.
