This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to activate your RealEye license. Depending on how your License is issued, you may receive a unique License Activation Key for manual activation, or your License may be assigned directly by an admin.
Step 1: Create or Log In to Your Account
If you are a new RealEye user:
- Go to the RealEye Registration page and create a new account.
💡Tip: With a new account, you'are graneted a 7-day Free Trial. Want to try RealEye out before activating your paid license? Just wait until your trial ends before entering your license key ;-) - After signing up, check your inbox for an activation email. Click the link inside to confirm your account. The link will automatically redirect you to the Dashboard.
If you already have an account:
- Log in to your account.
Step 2: Navigate to the License Activation Page
In your Dashboard, click the Settings icon in the top right corner, and select License from the list.
Step 3: Enter Your Unique License Activation Key
❗If you did not receive the unique License Activation Key for manual activation, your License was probably assigned directly by an admin. You can skip this step and proceed to Step 4 :-) Otherwise:
- Scroll down to the Claim your License by Code section.
- Enter your unique License Activation Key. If you want to activate your License immediately, select the Activate now window.
- Click OK. Once entered, a new section called Licenses for Activation will appear.
Step 4: Activate Your License
In the Licenses for activation section there is a table with details of all your Licenses ready for activation. Click the Activate button whenever you're ready to begin your webcam eye-tracking study with RealEye!
