How to run RealEye eye-tracking test when you have Windows N Edition?
If you have a Windows N Edition, you may not be able to run an eye-tracking test, as this edition doesn’t include Windows Media Player and other multimedia playback features. Here's a solution.
1. Check your Windows Edition
First of all, make sure you have Windows N Edition. Click the Start button on the Windows taskbar, go to "Settings", choose "System", then "About". Your Windows version will be listed there.
If an "N" is written beside your edition, you need to get Media Feature Pack.
2. Install Media Feature Pack for N versions of Windows 10
Go to: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack, download Media Feature Pack for your version of Windows, and install it by following the instructions.
After this step, the camera access should be enabled, and you should be able to run the eye-tracking test.
