How to purchase, upgrade, or cancel a RealEye license?

RealEye offers flexible subscription plans to suit different research needs. Whether you're an individual researcher, a team, or a company, you can choose from various pricing options and customize your license as needed. Learn more about our offer here: RealEye Licenses & Pricing
License Purchase / Upgrading / Downgrading Instructions
You can buy, upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Your participant limits and study duration will adjust accordingly.
To purchase / upgrade a License, follow these steps:
- Log in to your RealEye account.
- Go to the License tab and click Activate New License – you will be redirected to the checkout page.
- Select your preferred plan and click Purchase.
- Enter your payment details, including:
- Full Name
- Email Address (default is the one linked to your RealEye account)
- Company Name
- VAT / Tax ID
- Address
- City
- Postal Code
- Country

License Cancelling
An active license is required not only to create studies and collect results but also to access and analyze your data. If you wish to cancel your License, please note:
- You will lose access to all dashboards.
- Panelists will no longer be able to participate in your studies.
- You won’t be able to invite new team members.
To cancel your plan, log in to your RealEye account and in the Licenses section click Cancel License to cancel your subscription.
NOTE: No refunds apply when changing or canceling plans.
