Your participant limits and study duration will adjust accordingly. To purchase / upgrade a License, follow these steps: 1. [Log in](https://app.realeye.io/login) to your RealEye account. 2. Select your preferred plan and click **Purchase**. 4. To activate your License, follow the [License Activation Guide](https://support.realeye.io/license-activation-guide?hsLang=en). ❗**Important:** Your RealEye license must be activated **within 1 year of purchase**. ❗Activating a new RealEye license will **overwrite** your current license. The previously active license will no longer be available.   ### ![line\_RealEye\_long-1](https://support.realeye.io/hs-fs/hubfs/line_RealEye_long-1.png?width=670&height=1&name=line_RealEye_long-1.png) ### License Pausing If you need to temporarily pause your RealEye license, please note the following conditions: - The license must be purchased for **at least 1 year**. - A license can be paused for a maximum of 3 months. - During the paused period, access to dashboards, data, and studies will be temporarily unavailable. If you wish to **cancel** your License, please note: - You will lose access to all dashboards. - Panelists will no longer be able to participate in your studies. - You won’t be able to invite new team members.
