How to purchase, upgrade, or cancel a RealEye license?

License Purchase / Upgrading Instructions

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time, and your participant limits and study duration will adjust accordingly.

To purchase / upgrade a License, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your RealEye account.
  2. Go to the License tab and click Activate New License – you will be redirected to the checkout page.

  3. Select your preferred plan and click Purchase.
  4. Enter your payment details, including:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address (default is the one linked to your RealEye account)
    • Company Name
    • VAT / Tax ID
    • Address
    • City
    • Postal Code
    • Country
    NOTE: You can enable the auto-renewal option when making the initial payment.

License Cancelling

If you wish to cancel your License, please note:

  • Your studies and collected data will only remain accessible for 30 days after your last payment.
  • If you wish to keep access to your data, you have the option to downgrade to a lower-tier plan instead of canceling.
  • License remains active until the end of the billing cycle, meaning you can still use RealEye until your current period expires.

To cancel / downgrade your plan, log in to your RealEye account and in the Licenses section click Cancel License to cancel your subscription or Activate New License to switch plans. Your new plan will take effect immediately, and a new billing period will begin.

NOTE: No refunds apply when changing or canceling plans.
