How to download the recording

Whether you want to download a participant's gaze recording or heatmap recording, the process is the same. First, click the "Recording" button from the "Download" tab from the menu above the heatmap (or "Download Recording" if you want to download the participant's gaze recording).

To get the file, you need to allow to record the screen, window, or tab (it is recommended to do it on the fullscreen, on a screen as big as possible, to obtain the highest video resolution).

For the time of the downloading process, don't stop sharing or change the tab/screen size.

The video will be saved in WebM format. If you need any other format (i.e., MP4), you may use any online or offline converter (like a VLC media player).
