How to display test in other languages?

NOTE: As the instructions for participants may sometimes change, the translations would require an update. If you notice any missing translations or you would like to use another language, please contact us. We can provide you with a list of sentences to translate and add them within 1-2 business days.

To display a test in a language other than English, you need to choose the language from the list available next to the "Copy" button:

Once you click the language, the link will change, and it will be automatically copied to your clipboard.

You can also do this manually (and you have to do it manually for hosted session links and for merged studies links). You need to put the proper language prefix in the URL for participants:

www.realeye.io/<language-prefix>/test/test_id/

Currently supported language prefixes are:

  • en - English (default, prefix not required),
  • ar - Arabic,
  • br - Brazilian Portuguese,
  • cs - Czech,
  • zh - Chinese (Simplified),
  • zh-TW - Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan),
  • nl - Dutch,
  • fr - French,
  • de - German,
  • id - Indonesian,
  • it - Italian,
  • jp - Japanese,
  • pl - Polish,
  • pt - Portuguese,
  • es - Spanish,
  • th - Thai,
  • tr - Turkish,
  • fi - Finnish,
  • ro - Romanian,
  • al - Albanian,
  • hi - Hindi,
  • vi - Vietnamese,
  • tl - Tagalog,
  • ko - Korean,
  • kn - Kannada,
  • ta - Tamil.

For example, if the participation link is: https://www.realeye.io/test/8c8c9ae4-e8f4-466f-9cff-b8cb152dd9cb/ and you want to display the test in Polish for your participants, it should look like this:

https://www.realeye.io/pl/test/8c8c9ae4-e8f4-466f-9cff-b8cb152dd9cb/

and you can see the result below.

If you would like to use another language, don't hesitate to contact us.

We will be happy to add the next translation.
