Handling Large Files
If you’ve collected a large amount of data, some CSV files may be too big for immediate download. In such cases, a pop-up will appear, and the file will be sent directly to your email.
To manage large files manually, you can split the download using the following URL parameters:
itemsLimit
– sets the number of items to include in the download.-
itemsOffset
– sets the starting item number in the list (starting from 1).
Example
Let’s say your study includes 5 items, but you only want to download data for the 3rd and 4th items:
- Go to your Study Results
- Copy the link to the file you want to download (for example, AOI Overall Stats).
- Open a new browser tab and paste the copied link into the address bar.
- Add the parameters after the
?
symbol, and separate them with the&
symbol, like this:
https://app.realeye.io/dashboard/report/study-aoi-overall-stats/study_id?itemsLimit=2&itemsOffset=3
itemsLimit=2
indicates you want to download data for 2 items, anditemsOffset=3
that you want to download the data starting from the 3rd item) -
Press Enter to start the download.
